The Challenge

Exoticca's group team received a high volume of requests but couldn't respond in time. The website only allowed itineraries for up to 9 people, forcing them to work outside the system with Canva and static PDFs.

An agent took 1 to 1.5 hours per proposal (25-30 minutes on design, the rest on the quote), capping them at 6 quotes a day. With rates scattered across sources, conversion stayed between 3% and 5%.
